HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.6118 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings issued by the third respondent on 21.02.2018 taking up suo motu proceedings against the order passed by the fourth respondent on 14.02.2018. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader submitted that the notice dated 21.02.2018 is withdrawn as the third respondent felt that he has no jurisdiction to entertain the matter. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
