Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Pleader for Endowments for R.1 and R.2 and Smt. K.Lalitha learned standing counsel offers to appear from oral instructions for 3rd respondent-temple and perused the writ petition prayer with supporting affidavit and perused the material on record. The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows:- "To issue a writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 20.02.2018 of the petitioner for extension of license period from 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019 on enhanced monthly license fee @10% on the existing license fee of Rs.70,00,000/- as bad, illegal, arbitrary, improper, unjust and against the principles of natural justice and against the Articles 14,19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 20.02.2018 of the petitioner for extension of license period and grant such other relief or reliefs".

It is the submission of the learned Standing Counsel that the amount may fetch more than double the expected and the temple is going to conduct public auction and the petitioner can participate without hindrance subject to fulfillment of the auction notification requirements to be given.

Having regard to the above, by recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
