ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.2 is trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioner's property bearing Door Nos.3/1315, 3/1315-1, 3/1316 and 3/1316-1, situated at T.B. Road, Proddatur Town, YSR Kadapa District.

At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties have agreed that Writ Petition No.824 of 2016, filed by similarly placed aggrieved person, was disposed of by this Court by order, dated 07.01.2016.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed

of in terms of the above-mentioned order with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.1909 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
