Radhakrishnan) The party appearing in person, a senior member of the Bar, has withdrawn this matter without prejudice to his client seeking remedies before the Apex Court against the order in Crl.M.P.No.411 of 2018.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Contempt Case, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
