THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24073 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already lodged missing complaint, bearing FIR.No.39 of 2015, dated 20.05.2015.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the police are making all efforts to trace the brother of the petitioner and they will continue their efforts till the brother of the petitioner is traced.

Sri B.Chandrasekhar, learned counsel for respondents 6 and 7 submits that the petitioner's brother is not with respondents 6 and 7.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this Writ Petition and seeks directions to the police concerned, with whom the FIR is lodged, to continue their efforts to trace the brother of the petitioner. Petition is disposed of as not pressed. We hope and trust that the police concerned shall continue their efforts to trace the brother of the petitioner.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
