This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C seeking to withdraw O.P.No.67 of 2014 and M.C.No.38 of 2015 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Nalgonda and transfer the same to the Court of the Additional District Court, Mahabubabad or Judge, Family Court, Warangal and also withdraw DVC No.62 of 2015 pending on the file of the Court of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nalgonda and transfer the same to the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsampet or Warangal.

There was no representation for the petitioner on 14.03.2017. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner both in the forenoon and afternoon. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

In the result, the Tr.CMP is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Tr.CMP, shall stand closed.
