Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N. Praveen Kumar, learned standing counsel for the second respondent. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that he obtained building permit order dated 16.02.2019 and has been making construction strictly in accordance with the sanction plan. While so, the respondent authorities are interfering with his construction activity. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, by drawing attention of this Court to the photographs filed along with the writ petition, submits that the construction is in the very nascent stage and in that view of the matter, it cannot be said that there is any deviation. 4.

On the other hand, learned standing counsel would submit that noticing the construction, which is being made in deviation of the sanctioned plan, the petitioner was already given notice dated 28.03.2019 and the petitioner, having received the notice, instead of submitting an explanation, has approached this Court to obtain an interim order to enable him to proceed with the construction. 5.

Having regard to the respective submissions, considering that the petitioner is already issued a notice on 28.03.2019, he shall submit explanation to the notice, which shall be considered by the respondent authorities. It is also made clear that the respondent authorities shall not interfere with the construction undertaken by the petitioner as long as the petitioner is strictly adhering to the sanction plan. Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
