Petition under Article 226 oI the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of wRlT oF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not registering a crime based on the complaint dated 271312021 received by the 3rd respondent against the culprits though the complaint disclosing the cognizable offence is illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to the provisions of 154 of cr.P.c. and also contrary to the settled principle of law laid down by the Honorable Apex Court.

Ram Mohan, learned AGP for Home, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint lodged by Ms.Mounika, D/o.M.sudhakar Rao petitioner 1n W.P.No.8477 of 2021, the Police have already registered a case in Crime No.336 of 2021, for the offences under Sections 376-D,323,384 and 34 1 of IPC. Since the allegations in the complaint of the petitioner herein, who is sister of petitioner in W.P.No.8477 of 2021, are similar and Police have registered the above said crime, there is no need of registration of one more crime r'i'ith regard to ver-y same allegations Recording the said submission, since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition, shall stand closed.
