Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

According to petitioner, based on the registered sale deed dated 15.03.2016 over the land to an extent of Ac.5-00 guntas in Sy.No.297, Bommanapally Village, Chigurumamidi Mandal, Karimnagar District, petitioner made application to mutate her name in the revenue records vide application No.MUO21701346354 dated 30.06.2017. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Having regard to the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Chigurumamidi Mandal, Karimangar District-3rd respondent to verify whether such application was made and if such application is not disposed of, till date, to examine the claim of petitioner and pass orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
