HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.20821 of 2017 ORDER:

The prayer is against inaction in disposing of request dated 05.10.2015.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) contends that if a request for mutation, change or incorporation of entries is made as stipulated by the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act (for short 'the Act'), the inaction can be considered by this court. Merely a letter was addressed and on that inaction complained cannot be considered or entertained by this court.

3. Sri M. Rajamalla Reddy submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to apply in accordance with the Act and thereafter demand for complying with the same as provided under the Act. If there is any delay in implementing the request, seeks liberty to approach this court once again.

4. The writ petition is disposed of by granting the liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. ____________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 27.06.2017 BSS
