Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology (Telangana) for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5.

The petitioners herein claim to be the absolute owners and possessors of land admeasuring Ac.4-00 guntas in Sy.No.144/EE and Ac.3-00 guntas in Sy.No.144/U of Pinapaka Patti Nagar Village, Burgampahad Mandal, Bhadradri, Kothagudem District. According to the petitioners, they submitted an application dated 16.06.2017 to respondent No.3, marking a copy of the same to respondent No.4, requesting them to grant permission for de-casting of the sand, but no action has been taken so far on their representation despite lapse of considerable length of time.

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 16.06.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleaders that the representation of the petitioners would be verified and appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken thereon. 4.
Recording the said statement, the writ petition disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directing respondent No.4 to take appropriate action on the application dated 16.06.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioners strictly in accordance
with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
