1 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent herein in proposing to conduct auction of leasehold rights of the lands admeasuring Ac 6.00 cents in Sy.No.41 and Ac.2.84 cents in Sy.No.144/1 situated in Rayavaram Village, Guduru Mandal, Krishna District on 26-07-2016 as arbitrary, illegal against the principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of the Endowments Act,1987 and the Rules apart from being violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the Petitioners under the Constitution of India with a consequential direction to the Respondents not to evict the Petitioners from the land in the interest of justice.
2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
