HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.M.A.No.273 of 2010 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 18.03.2010 in I.A.No.1242 of 2009 in O.S.No.652 of 2009 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

2. Appellant herein is first defendant and plaintiff filed the above referred I.A.No.1242 of 2009 for appointment of Receiver and the Court on consideration of material on record allowed the application and appointed receiver. Questioning the said order, present appeal is preferred.

As seen from the office note, the suit in O.S.No.652 of 2009 was disposed of on 14.08.2014 and it appears that suit was decreed on contest.

In view of disposal of main suit, nothing survives in this appeal for adjudication.

5. For these reasons, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infrcutuous.

No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending in this Appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
