HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9898 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.104 of 2015 of Town-II Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered against them for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of IPC, but subsequently, action was dropped by the police.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
