When the matter had come up on 23.06.2015, none appeared for the petitioner, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
