O R D E R

The matter was taken up by way of a lunch motion as Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner, stated that the representation dated 25.11.2015 submitted by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, West Godavari District, was still awaiting consideration and therefore the interest of justice would be served by directing disposal of the said representation. However, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court, upon instructions, that the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2015 had already been rejected. She was however unable to state the details of the order of rejection. In the light of the aforestated developments, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law if he is aggrieved by the rejection of his representation.
