SMT. JUSTI CE T.RAJANI CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No. 2 3 0 2 OF 2 0 1 8 ORDER:

This petition is filed, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by order dated 31-07-2017 in Criminal M.P.No. 2958 of 2017 on the file of the Court of XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge - cum - XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri (for short, 'the Court below'), whereby the Court below imposed a condition that the petitioners-accused Nos. 2 to 4 should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/ - each with two sureties for a like sum. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order was passed on 31-07-2017 but the petitioners are still not in a position to furnish sureties as they find it very difficult to furnish sureties to that extent.

3.

Hence, considering the above, this Court is inclined to reduce the amount from Rs.25,000/ - to Rs.10,000/ - and the rest of the order shall remain intact.

4.

The criminal petition is accordingly allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand closed in consequence. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ T. RAJANI , J 12-03-2018.
