It is stated by the Government Pleader for Home that a charge sheet has been filed by the 5th respondent on 08.07.2016 in the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kanigiri in regard to FIR No.64 of 2014, in which the petitioner is an accused. 2.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to contest the proceedings in the said Court, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
