THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2125 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of Respondents 2 and 3 on the Application submitted by the petitioner seeking water connection to her premises bearing MCH No. 11-4-775 on the first floor admeasuring 120 square yards situated at Bazar Guard, Hyderabad.

Sri T. Sudhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 2 and 3 states that the Application said to have been submitted by the petitioner does not contain either the date or the data regarding fulfilment of formalities by paying the necessary amount. The learned Standing Counsel, however, is fair enough to submit that if the petitioner makes an Application in a prescribed format fulfilling all the necessary formalities, the same will be considered in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make an Application in the prescribed format by paying the requisite fees.

Within four weeks thereafter, Respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the same in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
