Heard Sri V. Maheswar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri Y.V.Ravi Prasad, learned standing counsel for respondents 2 to 5.

2. On certain charges levelling against the petitioner, a disciplinary enquiry was held against him, wherein he was found guilty and the Disciplinary Authority by order dated 04.01.2014 dismissed the petitioner from service. Against the said order, he filed an appeal before the Appellate-Authority-Board of Trustees on 22.01.2014. As the appeal was not considered and decided, the petitioner filed writ petition i.e., WP No.9598 of 2014 before this court and this court disposed of the said writ petition on 28.03.2014 directing the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks. Thereafter, the Appellate Authority dismissed the appeal by order dated 03.10.2014. Against the said dismissal, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent on 15.12.2014, which is now pending.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the 1st respondent has to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months, but so far the appeal has not been disposed of.

4. Since the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with the 1st respondent, I am not inclined to examine the merits of the case. In the circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to hear and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous

petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
