THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11782 of 2008

O R D E R

This writ petition was filed by the Depot Manager, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Badvel, against the Award dated 11.07.2007 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cumLabour Court, Anantapur, in I.D.No.31 of 2005. The first respondent herein was the claimant in the said I.D. The writ petition was however dismissed for default against him pursuant to the order dated 24.06.2011 passed by this Court. The validity of the Award under challenge cannot be examined in the absence of the first respondent, at whose behest it was passed.

The writ petition therefore fails in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order dated 10.06.2008 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
