RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring that the action of the 3rd respondent, in issuing the office order No. 1084/A3/ESTT/TStRD/2016, dated 30.03.2021, hotding that the petitioner-firm was in block list for a period of 5 years, without giving any notice or an opportunity to the petitioner to represent his case, by duly cancelling the agreement dated 1s.o2.2017 which was extended from time to time till the impugned order was issued by the 3rd respondent, dated 30.3.
2021, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the guidelines issued of the Agreement executed by the 4th respondent with the petitioner, violative of principles of natural justice, violative of A(icle 14 and 21 of the constitution of tndia and set aside the same, by hording that the petitioner is erigibre and entifled to get extension of the Agreement for the purpose of sai Krupa catering and Maintenance Service on such terms and conditions of the Agreement dated 1s.2.2o1z,which was extended from time to time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dt.2o.12.2021 to the Registrar(Judicial) High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad, seeking permission to withdraw this Writ Petition stating that the respondents have agreed to remove the petitioner-Firm lrom blacklist and settle the pending bills of the petitioner. However, liberty is sought by the petitioner to approach this Court in the event the matter is not settled with the respondents.
