No representation for petitioner or any accommodation is sought for. The Assistant Government Pleader requests further time for getting instructions in this behalf.

I have perused the writ prayer and also the interim direction dated 03.01.2013.

This Court is of the view that with the passage of time the petitioner has lost interest in the matter. Be that as it may, the complaint of petitioner is already registered as Crime No.602 of 2012 and a few serious allegations are made. Therefore, it is in fitness of things, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to look into the entire record in Crime No.602 of 2012, progress of investigation and whether the matter warrants entrustment to CID, and appropriate decision is taken on the report of 3rd respondent by respondents 1 and 2.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No order as to costs.
