THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1671 OF 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/Accused No.1 in C.C.No.73 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Hindupur, Anathapuram District.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is pending for the last seven years and hence the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Petition is disposed of, directing the trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.73 of 2009, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4 As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
