This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 01.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.886 of 2015 in A.S.No.123 of 2012 on the file of III Additional District Court, Tirupathi.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the first appellate Court disposed of A.S.No.123 of 2012 on 29.11.2018. In view of the disposal of the main appeal, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
