THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.938 of 2019 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner had filed I.A.No.19 of 2019 in O.A.No.35 of 2016 on the file of Telangana State Wakf Tribunal, Hyderabad, and that the said Tribunal is not deciding the said I.A.

Learned counsel for petitioners contended that the O.A. itself had been filed in the year 2012 as O.A.No.4 of 2012 and has now renumbered as O.A.No.35 of 2016.

In view of the said submission, the Telangana State Wakf Tribunal at Hyderabad is directed to decide I.A.No.19 of 2019 in O.A.No.35 of 2016 pending on its file within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing both sides. 4.

The Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
