THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23234 OF 2013 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with civil disputes between the petitioner and others and not to call the petitioner to attend the police station every day and insist to settle issues with third parties.

From the perusal of the record, it is revealed that the writ petition is dismissed for default as against respondents 4 and 5 for non-compliance of the order dated 21.06.2016 of this Court whereby the petitioner was directed to take out personal notice to respondents 4 and 5 by registered post with acknowledgement due and file proof of service within a period of four weeks from the date of the order, failing which, the writ petition stands dismissed against the said respondents.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 and 3 are interfering in civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5. Admittedly, the writ petition is dismissed for default as against the said respondents.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 also submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5. As such there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 06th NOVEMBER 2018.
