THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.1782 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the orders dated 30.10.2017 passed in E.P.No.76 of 2005 in O.S.No.520 of 2004 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
