OFFICE NOTE 26.6.2023 ML, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 24.03.2023 in Crl.P.No.2797 of 2023, whereunder a direction was given to the petitioner to report before the Station House Officer, Godavarikhani I Town Police Station, Peddapalli District, on every Sunday and Thursday between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm., till filing of the final report.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of said condition, the petitioner is facing a lot of difficulty and sought to relax the said condition.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed for relaxation of the said condition. Considering the time lapse from the date of grant of bail, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
