This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings in Crime No.1116 of 2009 of Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Section 3 (1) (x) of SC & ST (POA) Act, initiated against the petitioner/accused. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of filing the present Criminal Petition no longer survives and has become infructuous.
