The petitioners are accused Nos.12 and 13 in Crime No.10 of 2019 on the file of Nirmal Rural Police Station, Nirmal, registered under Sections 379, 382,409, 120(8) and 307 read with Section 34 IPC along with Sections 20(iXc) and 29 of the Telangana Forest Act, 1967 and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, By way of this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. they seek anticipatory bail, The charge against the petitioners is in relation to Section 379 IPC. This Court is informed that Accused Nos.l to 4, 6 and 8 have already been granted regular bail while accused Nos.16 and 17 were granted anticipatory bail.

Though the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the investigation is stlll ongoing, this Court is of the opinion that as long as the petitioners cooperate with the investigation, they can be granted the benefit of anticipatory bail.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed. In the event, the petitioners are arrested in relation to Crime No.10 of 2019 on the file of Nirmal Rural Police Station, Nirmal, they shall be enlarged on ball upon their furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each along with two sureties for a like
