THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITIONS No. 7245 & 9845 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER:

These Petitions have been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 110 of 2013 on the file of I Town Police Station, Kakinada, East Godavari District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 13.12.2013 before the Court of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kakinada and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 508 of 2014. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for trial on 10.07.2015. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in these cases. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, both the Criminal Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
