HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA SECOND APPEAL No.9 OF 2017 JUDGMENT:

Sri P.V. Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed a letter, dated 27.07.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the appeal on the ground that the dispute was settled out of Court.

2. In view of the same, permission is accorded and the present Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn having been settled out of Court.
