Sri Karri Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the revision petitioners, and Sri S.V. Muni Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents, would submit that the impugned proceedings in the case in O.S. No.357 of 2010, on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor, were in fact dismissed as not pressed.

In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
