THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No. 19955 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner apprehending that respondents 2 and 3 may disconnect water connection provided to his house bearing No.8-3-231/B/311 to 313/B1, Sri Krishna Nagar, Yousufguda, Hyderabad, on the basis of the complaint given by his brother.

At the hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that respondents 2 and 3 will not take any steps to disconnect water supply to the petitioner's house on the basis of the compliant given by an individual, without following due process of law.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
