THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO WP .NO: 17182 of 2015 Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, declaring that the action of the 1st respondent contained in the letter No.686/HR.A1/2015, dated 06-06-2015 and its consequential order of the Chairman and Managing Director, T.S.Transco, dated 09-06-2015 and Memo.

No.CMD/Dir(HR&G.O)DS(P.L.IR&R/Bifurcation/1586-6/15, dated 10-06-2015 disabling the petitioners to continue in their present place of postings in the State of Telangana, is arbitrary, illegal and without jurisdiction and consequently set aside the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to continue in their respective places of postings till such time the A.P. TRANSCO (Composite State) enunciates the modalities of allocation of the State Cadre Officers in A.P. Transco and further direct A.P. TRANSCO Limited (composite State) to complete the exercise in terms of Section 82 of the A.P. Reorganization Act, 2014, within 3 months or at the earliest so that the employees are rightfully allocated between the two successor States. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s Bharadwaj Associates, Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned G.P. for Energy (TG) appearing for the 1st respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Energy for the State of Telangana appearing for the 1st respondent.

It is stated that this Court in similar circumstances granted interim suspension of the impugned orders in W.P.No.16504 of 2015 and batch, dated 12-6-2015.

In view of the above, there shall be interim suspension of the impugned orders dated 06.06.2015 & 9.6.2015 and the consequential order, dated 10.06.2015. The respondents shall not give effect to the impugned orders.
