The petitioner complains against inaction of respondents 4 and 5 in conducting elections to Co-operative Electric Supply Society Limited, Sircilla, Karimnagar District, as illegal and unconstitutional. Learned Government Pleader for Co-operation on instructions submits that elections to the said Society have been conducted and the inaction complained in the writ petition does not survive. The statement of the learned Government Pleader is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
