THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3112 OF 2016 ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner-plaintiff, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 26.4.2016 rejecting the plaint in O.S.No.363 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada. 2.
The petitioner filed the suit against the respondent for recovery of Rs.4,75,000/- together with subsequent interest at 24% per annum. The trial court, by the impugned order, returned the plaint, to present the same before the competent forum. Hence, the revision.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Registrar for Arbitration, for redressal, in view of Section 64 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982. 4.
Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed. _________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
