This civil revision petition is filed by the defendant, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 27.11.2017 passed in I.A. No.868 of 2017 in O.S.No.852 of 2011 on the file of VIII Additional District and Sessions Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file fresh application with full details. Permission is granted.
