THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A.M.P. Nos. 1852 & 1853 OF 2015 AND C.M.A. No. 619 OF 2011 J U D G M E N T: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This Appeal is preferred by the husband against the judgment and decree dated 26.04.2011 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge at Siddipet in O.P. No. 4 of 2009.
Two Applications have been moved in C.M.A.M.P. Nos. 1852 and 1853 of 2015. Sri Pallerla Shantan Kumar and Smt. Pallerla Satya Lakshmi, W/o Shantan Kumar are both present in the Court, so did the respective counsel representing them. The learned counsel for the respective parties have identified them as well. The parties are desirous of settling all the pending disputes between them in an amicable manner and consequently, entered into a memorandum of compromise. In view of the compromise entered into by and between the parties, who have also informed this Court that the compromise has been worked out in the best interests of both of them, we do not wish to go into the merits of the matter and instead, dispose of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal with a decree drawn in terms of the memorandum of compromise entered into and filed into this Court by and between the parties. No costs.
The appellant husband shall however, deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with the High Court Legal Services Authority within a fortnight's time from today.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
