HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.26205 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Petitioners' grievance is that 5th respondent is attempting to take the possession of the subject property from the petitioner who has obtained the same through a decree from the competent civil Court. Essentially the dispute regarding title and possession is being urged herein which cannot be conveniently decided here.

Since the petitioner is apprehending dispossession by 5th respondent, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate relief, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
