When the matter is called, the learned Government Pleader has placed on record the order passed by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.567 Revenue (Endowments.I) Department dated 16.12.2015, wherein certain transfers and postings were given. Paragraph 1 of the said G.O. reads as under:

"Sri M.Ramakrishna Rao, Deputy Commissioner (Services) O/o the Commissioner, Endowments Department is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner and Executive Officer, Sri Mallikarjuna Devasthanam, Komaravalli in the existing vacancy, duly relieving Sri Y.Anjaiah, Assistant Executive Officer, from full additional charge of the post".

2. In view of the above orders relieving the 4th respondent herein, nothing survives in the writ petition for further adjudication. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
