CVNR, J & GSP, J W.A. No. 918 of 2015 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ appeal is filed against order dated 28.08.2014 in W.P.No.33369 of 2012.

A perusal of the order under appeal shows that the same was passed on concession of both parties that the issue raised in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 23.06.2014 in W.P.No.18255 of 2010 and batch.

In our opinion, having conceded before the learned Single Judge, the appellants are not entitled to question the order on merits. If the counsel appearing for the appellants has wrongly conceded, the proper course for the appellants is to file a review before the learned Single Judge.

Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed with liberty to the appellants to file a review before the learned Single Judge. As a sequel, interim order dated 26.10.2015 is vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.2458 and 2728 of 2015 and 1584 of 2016 are disposed of as infructuous.
