This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents not disposing petitioner application as per the rules in force for building permission application No.3/ C1/ 04983 of 2019 dt.13.03.2019 for Plot No 879 of Bhavananagar is illegal arbitrary violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents to grant building permission without referring to the shortfall letter No.3/ C1/ 04983 of 2019 dt.26.03.2019 and orders may be passed accordingly in the interest of justice."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 19.04.2016, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.37810 of 2015. Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "The writ petition is accordingly allowed setting aside the impugned proceedings, dated 13.03.2014. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation shall reconsider the building permission application of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and the rules and regulations framed thereunder."

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
