HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.994 of 2010 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 22.06.2010 in I.A.No.949 of 2009 in O.S.No.53 of 2009 on the file of II Additional District Jude, Warangal.

2. Appellant herein is plaintiff and he filed I.A.No.949 of 2009 for temporary injunction and the Court below on a consideration of the material on record dismissed the application and aggrieved by the same, present appeal is preferred.

3. As seen from the office note, the main suit O.S.No.53 of 2009 itself was disposed of on 09.02.2016. In view of the same, nothing survives in this appeal for adjudication.

4. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
