It is seen that charge sheet is filed and case is registered as CC No. 2055 of 2016 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally at Hyderabad.

Having regard to the prima facie nature of the case and its stage, it is not appropriate to quash the proceedings. While dismissing both the Criminal Petitions, petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court and vindicate their defenses. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
