Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 13.03.2018, furnished by the Inspector of Police, Banjara Hills Police Station are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "On a complaint of the petitioner herein lodged with the Police Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad City, a case in Cr.No.676/2016 U/secs.417 IPC and Sec.4 of Dowry Prohibition Act was registered on 12.8.2016 against A1) T.Varun, A2) T.Vinod Kumar, A3) Smt.T.Poornima and A4) T.V.Rithika and taken up the investigation into the case.
While the investigation, is in progress the accused persons A-2 to A-4 obtained the anticipatory bail from the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, vide Crl.P.No.13136 of 2016 dated 15-09-2016 and as per the orders of the Hon'ble Court, released A-2 to A-4 on bail and after completion of investigation a charge sheet has been filed against A-2 to A-4 on 15-12-2016 and keeping options to file a supplementary charge sheet against the absconding accused A-1 T.Varun Kumar (Respondent herein) and the Hon'ble III ACMM Court took cognizance of the charge sheet and allotted C.C. Number i.e. 1631/2016.
It is further submitted that, A-1 Thalla Varun obtained anticipatory bail from the Hon'ble II AMSJ
Court, Nampally, Hyderabad order vide Crl.M.P.No.2635/2017 dated 29.08.2017 in which the Hon'ble Court directed the A-1 that, he shall surrender before the IIIrd ACMM, HYD within 15 days from the date of that order and on his surrender, the said court shall release the petitioner/A-1 on bail on his executing of a bond for Rs.10000/- with two sureties like sum each to his satisfaction. The A-1 shall also surrender his passport, but A-1 didn't complied with the orders of the Hon'ble IInd AMSJ Court, Nampally, Hyderabad and was absconding.
On the transfer of 1st I.O SI B.Dayaker Reddy, 2nd I.O SI D.Hareesh Reddy taken up further investigation and made efforts to apprehend the absconding accused A-1 T.Varun (4th respondent herein) and it came to know that the accused T.Varun, Passport No.P 7084605 is presently residing at # 161 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia Country.
Further, it is to submit that 2nd I.O of this case filed supplementary Charge Sheet before the Hon'ble III ACMM Court, Nampally, Hyderabad against the accused A-1 Thalla Varun Kumar (4th respondent herein) and prayed the Hon'ble Court to issue Non Bailable Warrant against the accused A-1 T.Varun Kumar so as to enable the police arrest him whenever he visits India. (A copy of Supplementary Charge Sheet is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court) I assure to this Hon'ble Court that soon after getting Non Bailable Warrant from the Hon'ble III ACMM Court, Nampally, Hyderabad necessary steps will be taken up to issue Look Out Circular against the A-1 T.Varun Kumar (4th respondent herein) so as to affect his arrest in this case at the earliest."

Having regard to the above said instructions and taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is
disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 13.03.2018, furnished by the Inspector of Police, Banjara Hills Police Station. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
