This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 18 04 2016 08 08 2016 as well as the legal notices dated 04 03 2017 and 17 10 2017 in the light of the G O Ms No 35 dated 30 01 2009 issued by the Transport Roads and Buildings (R I) Department government of Andhra Pradesh while passing the bills in respect of the work i e Construction of 3rd Floor over Visvesvaraya Block of School of Engineering and Technology Building in Sri Padmavathi Mahila Vishwa Vidhyalayam (Womens University) as illegal arbitrary and violation of G O Ms No 35 dated 30 01 2009 and consequently direct the respondents to consider representations dated 18 04 2016 08 08 2016 as well as the legal notice dated 04 03 2017 and 17 10 2017 for payment bills in the light of G O Ms No 35 dated 30 01 2009 to the petitioner in respect of execution of afore mentioned works forthwith and pass."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of grievance petitioner herein submitted number of representations including the representation dated 18.04.2016 to the second respondent/University, but no action has been taken on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the above said representation dated 18.04.2016, strictly in accordance with law. 3.

Recording the above said submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify the representation dated 18.04.2016 said to have been made by the petitioner herein and to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within three months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
