Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Petitioner's grievance is that his representation dt.17-07-2017 is pending consideration before 4th respondent and that 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that 4th respondent will consider petitioner's representation after issuing notice to respondent Nos.5 to 8 and pass appropriate orders within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to consider petitioner's representation within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.
