This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.91 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Special Mobile Court), Mahabubnagar.

Heard. Perused the record.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced before this Court the online case status of the subject C.C., which reveals that the subject C.C. was disposed of on 06.05.2019. 4.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
